We work for you. On Commercial Properties we have a small administrative fee that is based on your market value, plus a contingency fee. The contingency fee is based on the reduction in the property's market value. On Residential and Personal Property we have a very minimal administrative fee and/or a percentage fee based on the market value reduction. We will also review your property exemptions and/or special evaluations that may be applicable and file the necessary forms to protect your rights as a taxpayer. If requested, we also file any and all exemptions, Agricultural / Special Valuations, and any other forms that are required filing by the Appraisal Districts.
